It was eventually revealed that Vincent has been having an affair with Chad since he first broke up with Whitney a year prior. It was then revealed that Vincent is not only Eve and Julian's missing child, he is also the blackmailer that has been terrorizing Harmony!
His misdeeds include blackmailing Theresa, forcing Sheridan to try to kill Theresa, kidnapping Ethan, framing Luis for attacking Fancy, and murdering both Rae and the bartender at the Blue Note (Dylan), framing Luis for these as well!
